Not only has the Kean community been thrown into a new "normal" with little preparedness, the usual ways of coping have likely been taken away due to social restrictions. It isn't just students who are feeling this squeeze; it's faculty, staff, family members, friends, counselors, and everyone one would typically rely on for support. Because of this, the Kean Counseling Center will be hosting a Virtual Mental Health Week beginning Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1. The programming will take place on Instagram, so make sure to follow @keancounselingcenter. Each day will have a specific focus, with tips and resources related to mental health. In addition, videos showcasing Counseling Center staff, Kean University’s Active Minds Club and Kean Yoga will be posted!
