Helping Younger Hands is a new organization at Kean University that is centered around raising awareness and educating students on disabilities, disorders and abuse, especially as they pertain to children. This organization believes in helping those who may not have the resources or ability to help themselves.
The Leadership Institute will be hosting a series of workshops to help students in preparations for their career goals. The Chapter After Workshops Series consists of three workshops. The three workshops are: How to Find the Right Internships, Build A Better Resume and the Seniors Tell All.
At Kean University, students are given opportunities through various financial support systems. The goal of Kean's Office of Financial Aid is to make college affordable for students who want to succeed academically.
As students begin to recover from the stress and strain of midterm exams and projects, they can now begin to view their posted midterm reports. Teachers were required to submit these reports between Oct. 1-8, and they became available for students to view Oct. 8.
Kean University is an institution that allows students to become leaders and to provide help to their fellow peers as well. One of the clubs that does exactly that is the Tutors Club of which Michelle Saavedra is the president. Michelle Saavedra, a senior studying cell and molecular biology is adamant about providing resources for students who want to succeed academically.

The Global Markets Trading Center (GMTC) is one of Kean’s lesser known tools, but one of the most immersive experiences offered at the school. As president of the Latin American Student Organization (LASO), Eddie Rodriguez is able to accomplish their mission. With the mission to spread the Latino culture at Kean University, he is adamant about enriching and stimulating the members on campus.
