Every semester Premiere Stages puts on outstanding plays and this semester is no different.
There is a new exhibit in town and it is like none other. From HurtJohn comes the exhibit Movement, created by former Kean University student John Hurtado. This exhibit will explore Black Lives Matter and social justice movements.
Every year, at the start of the fall semester, the Miron Student Center Operations and Event Management office hosts Kean Day, an event where students can learn more about the student services offered and the organizations and clubs on campus.
As a student, one shouldn’t just go to class and then go home or to his or her residence hall room. One should find the courage to get involved on campus and luckily there are many ways to get involved. Kean University offers many opportunities for students get involved, but some students many not even know where to begin.
For incoming freshman, the transition to college can be pretty overwhelming. Fortunately, there are resources available on campus to help students ease the transition to Kean University.

Kean Dance marathon is a 12 hour event hosted by the Greek Senate, celebrating the yearlong fundraising efforts of students benefitting the Children’s Specialized Hospital.

As the 2016-2017 school year comes to a close, Kean University takes a step back to evaluate the success of the school year. Thriving departments are housed all over Kean University, but this year in particular, the Greek life of Kean University has an outstanding repertoire of achievement from this year. This success was recognized at the annual Greek Awards Banquet.
Fraternities and sororities can offer a rich and rewarding experience for those who choose to affiliate. The most well-known aspect of Greek life is that of brotherhood or sisterhood, however being Greek entails much more than just being a brother or sister.

Spring break is a week open for students, staff and faculty to do whatever their hearts desire; but for 24 students and staff they decided to spend their spring break giving back to the community.
Now it is a good chance to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much, which is a bigger and better event than ever before students cannot miss.
