The 2019 Leadership Institute Dinner was held at Galloping Hill Caterers on April 23 from 6 to 10 p.m. This event celebrated a year of hard work performed by members of the various leadership groups which include Transition to Kean (T2K) Bronze Leadership, Silver Leadership, Gold Leadership and Platinum Leadership, as well as the L.E.A.D. Program, which stands for Leadership, Education and Development. This event also recognized those graduating this year and those with GPAs over 3.45 with distinguished awards and various accolades.

At the end of every spring semester, the Kean University Greek Senate hosts Kean Dance Marathon (KDM), a fundraiser to support the Children's Specialized Hospital (CSH). As the years have progressed, Greek Senate has planned more events throughout the academic year to support KDM and make the donation at the end of the academic year even larger than ever before. This year they hosted the first FTK Color Run to raise more funds for the kids Sunday, April 7.

The Fashion Show Project Kean is only 2 days away (April 10), Kean Cougars!

The Greek Olympics continued on Thursday with the ultimate test of strength, and teamwork. Fraternities and Sororities competed in a three-legged race, a tug of war, and a relay race to once again discover who will be crowned champion.

Join us for a night of fashion, music, giveaways, and more as we come together to raise money and awareness for the Children's Specialized Hospital!
The Fashion Show hosted by the Silver Leadership Program takes place Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in the Miron Student Center Little Theatre beginning at 7:00 p.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m.
Kean Students are $5, while Non-KU students are $7 and all proceeds go to the Children's Specialized Hospital.

Last week, Kean University held their annual 'Meet the Greeks' event where students are encouraged to come out and see if Greek life is really for them. Victor Benlice, Tiffany Osoria, Qianah Heavens, and Manuel Cespedes took the time to sit down with us and tell us what Greek life means to them.
