It is hard to become involved on campus when there is an overwhelming amount of options and sometimes students decide to not even bother joining a club. There is also the question of, “How do I even begin to find the clubs and organizations that is right for me?” Well, the answer is easy! Everything from Greek Life, to heritage societies, to intramural sports are popular at Kean University—but there are some groups directed at those with particular interests.
Ever experience that sense of community and belonging? It is not uncommon for that feeling to be established after donating one’s time and services for the betterment of the community. Year after year Kean University demonstrates that it is no stranger to community service. In fact, the university makes it a point to teach its students that it is not all about hitting the books while in college, but they also encourage students to volunteer.
