It is hard to become involved on campus when there is an overwhelming amount of options and sometimes students decide to not even bother joining a club. There is also the question of, “How do I even begin to find the clubs and organizations that is right for me?” Well, the answer is easy! All university organizations are listed on Cougar Link along with meeting schedules and upcoming events. Everything from Greek Life, to heritage societies, to intramural sports are popular at Kean University—but there are some groups directed at those with particular interests.
Shows like CSI, Law & Order, and Criminal Minds draw people in to the point of where reruns are watched almost as much as new episodes. There is a demand for shows that fall within the genre of crime, but why? Could it possibly be because people are fascinated with the audacity of some crimes? Or maybe it is the representation of the field of forensic psychology in the shows.
