Become an inventor and learn to lecture through Thomas Edison!

Interested in Thomas Alva Edison? Well, most students and guests should be as Kean Stage has made it a priority to engage and enlighten guests of this inventor through the Broadway program. Guests should anticipate Thomas Edison: Inventor, Lecturer and Prankster on Thursday, Feb. 1 at 10:30 a.m.

Patrick Garner, a Broadway performer, portrays the interesting life of Thomas Edison in a way that engages kids in an exciting and hands-on program. To enhance the experience, some audience members will get the chance to help recreate Edison's most famous experiments.

Along the way, Edison shares several secrets that the audience can use everyday such as: 

  • the value of hard work
  • the value of mistakes 
  • the value of turning simple objects into meaningful inventions
  • the value of enjoying one's work
