Basketball fans of Kean University, rejoice! The Graduate and Part-Time Student Council (GPSC) of Kean University is inviting students to come watch the New York Knicks battle the Los Angeles Lakers in an inter-conference match-up on Monday, February 6, 2017.
Students can get the experience of watching a professional basketball game in "The World's Most Famous Arena". This is the GPSC's second sponsored trip to "The Garden", so if a student missed last year's chance to see NBA superstars like Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis, now is the chance to watch some exciting and live NBA action.
The bus will officially leave at 5 p.m. from Wilkins Theatre, and everyone attending must take the bus provided by Kean University.
Tickets for this game have been on sale since Monday, December 5, 2016 for graduate and part-time students, and have been available at the box office since Thursday, December 22, 2016 for all students. However, there is nothing to worry about. Tickets are still selling, so students can get their money's worth for a night of fun.
Tickets are available for the low price of $15 per ticket. Students must present their Kean University student ID, and each ID is valid for up to two tickets. Students and guests that attend will also be provided with a $10 meal voucher to enjoy.
To purchase a ticket, a student must print and fill out a Student Activity Participant Agreement (SAPA) form and turn it in to the Wilkins Theatre box office. The form can be found on GPSC's Cougar Link page by clicking the 'Documents' tab.
