Little Ladies, get ready for an unforgettable experience! Kean University’s Liberty Hall Museum (LHM) is giving the opportunity to take a peek into a childhood favorite: The American Girl Dolls.
LHM is hosting the event “A Day In The Life Of American Girl Samantha Parkington,” in May 2016. This unique experience encourages people of all ages to bring the “special girl” in life to this exciting event.
The event will feature an experience of an authentic Victorian afternoon in the everyday life of that era. Historically accurate games and hands-on activities such as crafts will have every attendee bubbling with excitement. The event also features an exciting, turn-of-the-century tour of the LHM and a real Victorian-style tea party to conclude the exciting affair!
The event will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2016, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and is recommended for children from ages 6 to 12.
Ticket prices are $20 for one child and one adult inclusively and can be purchased on LHM’s Cougar Link page or via telephone at (908) 527-0400. Reservations are required by Saturday, May 7, 2016 and can be made via Cougar Link.
