As the spring 2016 semester draws to a close, Kean University’s Psychology Organization (PSY Org) has saved the best events for last. The PSY Org is hosting two of its biggest occasions in the final weeks of the semester.
First, all students of Kean University are invited to be sleuths at PSY Org’s second annual Murder Mystery Dinner, being held on Thursday, May 5, 2016, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The dinner will feature two professional actors from New York who will enact a fabricated murder, and the attendees of the event will be assigned roles in the scenario in which the murderer must be discovered.
The Murder Mystery Dinner will have a Mardi Gras theme, and will be held in Miron Student Center (MSC) room 315. Food and drink will be provided.
PSY Org will then round out the semester with a trip to the Big Apple to Mystery Room NYC’s Room Escape on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.!
Room Escape is an interactive environment that “locks” a group of people in a room who are then given a series of clues and riddles to solve in order to escape the room in under an hour.
The tickets for the event are $10 per person and are sold at Wilkins Theatre Box Office. All those who wish to attend must complete a SAPA form and present it to PSY Org. SAPA forms can be found under the “Forms” tab of the Office of Student Government’s Cougar Link page.
Room is limited for this exciting event so buy a ticket while there is still space available! After the Escape Room, all attendees will be treated to free lunch at a Manhattan Applebee’s!
PSY Org looks forward to attendance from the Kean University student body as a hectic semester concludes with unique and exciting experiences. For more information on PSY Org, or the events, one can visit the club’s Cougar Link page.
