Many students transfer schools and it is never easy. Considering the fact that Kean University is a large campus, it doesn’t make it easy for transfer students to accommodate to the changes. Well, that won’t be a problem as the School of General Studies will be hosting an orientation for all transfer students coming to Kean University this spring. The orientation will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Students who attend the orientation should expect a day filled with presentations and breakout sessions. The orientation will begin with light refreshments and a short welcome. Afterwards, students will then meet the different colleges that are located on campus, followed by visiting the many student service offices located on campus, which has helpful tools and resources.

All transfer students will have the opportunity to get their photos taken for their student identification card (I.D.) beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Center for Academic Success (CAS).

Below is the schedule for the Transfer Student Orientation explaining in detail of how the day will go. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. at the Wilkins Theatre Lobby.
