Unlike a Disney princess, Kean University has not had to kiss many frogs to get to this prince. In the past, the university has had other major artists and events surrounding its homecoming, such as B.O.B and MTV U’s Campus Invasion. This year’s homecoming concert on Thursday, October 22, 2015, will be performed by Prince Royce, the young Latin pop sensation who has been steadily climbing the charts since his debut in 2010.

This summer, Prince Royce released his fourth full-length studio album,Double Vision. This being his first album entirely in English, it was predicted to trail-blaze him into mainstream American pop music – which it has.Double Vision features mega-stars such as Snoop Dogg and Jennifer Lopez, furthering his momentum into stardom. The students of Kean University are both thrilled and honored to have him as this year’s headliner.
