The chance to escape and release all of the end of the semester stress, is now back at the Liberty Hall Museum.

Join the Liberty Hall Museum as they host Yoga in the Gardens on Sunday, May 31, 2015, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Liberty Hall Museum was inspired to host Yoga in the Gardens because of the garden’s peaceful atmosphere.

Lacey Bongard, coordinator of museum programs at Liberty Hall Museum, said, “We have breathtaking gardens that we want people to enjoy. Yoga is a good way to relax and our gardens offer that peaceful atmosphere so it only made sense!”

Yoga will be instructed by Jessica Anderson, certified yoga instructor. Anderson has completed her certification at Even-Flow in Red Bank, New Jersey.

The Liberty Hall Museum is hoping to see a great turn out. Bongard said, “We are really excited to host Yoga in the Gardens.”

Don’t forget the yoga mat and a bottle of water. If it rains the event will be moved indoors. The program fee is $8 per person or $5 for Liberty Hall members or Kean University students and faculty. Reservations are required before hand. This will be a monthly event taking place through October.
